Abstract
Advancement in micro/nano assembly technology is expected by the precision processing technology of microparts, and so the optical trapping technology is one of effective methods in future. It is important to simulate the dynamic behavior of trapping complicated micro object. However it is not yet studied. Then we propose the method to calculate the optical trapping force and torque of the complicated micro object by the ray tracing, and the dynamic simulation method of the micro object. In this paper, we simulate the behavior of laser trapping with regard to adhesive force.
