Abstract
Authors made the simulation program on rotational vibration of a pair of spur gears with typical pattern of tooth profile errors [E]. The dynamic load factor [F] on the gear tooth is solved with program by giving the contact ratio [ε]] and the resonance ratio [R] as parameters. The results are expressed by three dimensional color graph as [R] in horizontal axis, [ε] in vertical axis and [F] in color difference on each pattern of tooth profile error. The graph clearly shows the relations between each factors and parameters. And, It became clear that the dynamic load factors changed greatly with pattern of tooth profile errors as well.
