Study of Design Methodology for Producibility

Abstract

This paper proposes a new methodology that supports to create structures of product to shorten assembly time. It consists of two components. The first component of the methodology identifies parts,assembly actions and properties decrease of assemblability. The second component of the methodology provides the guidelines to create the solutions to shorten the assembly time.
