Abstract
Service Engineering is a new engineering idea which aims at increasing service and knowledge contents of added value generated in product life cycle. This paper focuses on arrangement of our service modeling concept. Firstly, the author defines and introduces Serviset. Serviset is a comprehensive concept to represent product, environment, and process which are provided by providers in service. Secondly, a parameter model of Serviset is formulated and various operations are described. Finally, other modeling concepts are discussed by using Serviset.
