Abstract
This paper focuses on the optimal analysis of world-wide manufacturing activities associated with managing the logistics and production activities in global manufacturing whose activities stretch across national boundaries. An optimal analysis of globally integrated supply-chain was developed by applying simulation optimization technique as a decision-making tool. The optimal analysis contains two types of manufacturing decision problems: 1) determining production and logistic plans for each component, unit and end-product, and 2) identifying some of the appropriate conditions required to make well-performed logistics and production plans in global manufacturing.
