Abstract
We developed the torsional vibratory micro-feeder like parts feeder or bowl feeder with the only one-piece body, it were integrated the top plate for go-round feeding and two or more than spring strips distributed on the circumference around the circular plate with two bimorph type piezoelectric actuation parts which run at right angles to one another. Spirally linear or elliptic vibration on the plate can be generated by the phase difference control actuation between two actuation parts. It is analytically considered the motion and experimentally confirmed with the round feeding ability by the trial instrument with two and three legs or spring strips.
