Abstract
Vibratory linear micro-feeder as one of the micro-mechanism consists of the only one-piece construction by shim member or spring strips as the main member. The vibration angle can be given by crank or zigzag shape of the rectangular bended leaf spring at both track ends. This feeder is integrated shape like crank with the bimorph type piezoelectric actuation member and the leaf spring member for amplitude magnification. We analyzed effect of the crank shape on the natural vibration and considered the equivalent vibration angle and pitching motion of the track. Motion of the trial instrument supports the results of theoretical analysis.
