Laminating of small parts with photopolymerizing polymer

Abstract

A three-dimensional micro part molding system was developed for the purpose of improving parts accuracy. This machine applies the progressive die fabrication method it fills photopolymerizing polymer into cavities arranged in row and irradiates ultraviolet rays to create three dimensional small parts. This system enables multi-layer laminated shapes of several hundred um to be created for improving and evaluating shape accuracy.
