Abstract
This study aims to build an elaborate and high speed computing machine control system with high resolution encoder. This system incorporate high resolution data, which needs high speed sampling and high speed operation. As an application example of this technologies, high performance drumming robot was developed. The robot consists of a high resolution rotary encoder, an intelligent chip, a controller and a DC motor. The intelligent chip receives encoder signals from encoder and send control signals to controller. Rotary motion and vibration were measured precisely by the experiment.
