Abstract
Systematic fluctuations in calibrated zero differences, that is relative position differences among three displacementmeters for three probe method, were observed. They were obtained by zero adjustment method which calibrates zero differences by means of inverse measurement using two pair of probe units facing against each other. Here, their mechanisms and solutions were considered.
