Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop a sensor system for measuring contact stress distribution. The system is composed of an elastic body, semi-spherical solid body, and sensor sheet where stress distribution can be measured. The surface shape of measured objects is recognized by measuring stress distribution under the elastic body. Three kinds of contact sensors with different intervals of the semi-spherical solid body were placed on the sensor sheet. To measure the stress distribution a 3kg weight was placed on the flat object. As a result, the differences of the three contact sensors were confirmed.
