Surface and Subsurface Evaluations of Powder Molding Products

Abstract

Physical properties of powder molding parts are measured to evaluate the product performance. Some power foundations in cosmetic products are compared to identify the characteristics and the similarity. The cutting resistance and critical cutting thickness for delamination are measured in micro cutting tests. Friction coefficients of powder foundations are measured in the friction tests. Water droplet tests are conduct to evaluate the water repellency on the powder foundation. The product performance are evaluated in the vector analysis.
