Abstract
Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay is expected as a metrology necessary for grasp of previous disease. We have developed the technology that stirs μL order droplet as impress a high voltage from the outside , so called electric field noncontact stir technology. It became possible that the processing time shorten within 30 minutes from 200 minutes by introducing E.N.S into ELISA. In this report, we describe the content of examining the best stir condition based on the observation test of the behavior of the μL order droplet under the electric field.
