Low power atomizer of Surface Acoustic Wave

Abstract

In surface acoustic wave atomizer, the liquid can be easily atomized by using the vibration on the substrate. However, enough energy is necessary to atomize for the liquid to be moved by the wave, when the liquid is set on the substrate. We decreased the driving power to about 1/3 by maintaining the liquid in the small gap on the substrate using surface tension of small gap.
