Abstract

We manufactured double-sided fresnel lens of 1.5m diameter by the ultra-precision cutting in JEM-EUSO project.As a result,we successful to fabricate a 1.5m diameter fresnel lens with less than 20nmRMS of surface roughness.Moreover, We has been trying to fabricate diffractive structures and has achieved the required accuracy with a large double-sides flat Fresnel lenses. In this paper, we manufactured double-sided flat fresnel lens of 1.5m diameter by the ultra-precision cutting.
