Precision Improvement of Gear Measuring Machine (1st report)

Abstract

The high precision gears are strongly required for advanced motion and power transmission, and high precision gear measuring machine (GMM) has been developed recently. The establishment of the traceability system has been needed, and the charactristic improvement of the detector has been needed. In this paper, the deviation factor in case of measuring a simple form artifact is analyzed, the control method which makes measuring force constant is proposed in order to reduce the influence, and the effectiveness is confirmed by experimental results.
