Abstract
Recently, piezo actuator that uses a nonlead piezoelectric material to set up the inside of the body has been researched and developed. Therefore, many researchers use the additive to improve the piezoelectricity of nonlead piezoelectricity. However, nonlead piezoelectric material has low piezoelectricity compared with the one which includes lead piezoelectric materials. We considered the influence of additive by analytical method that adopts rietveld method in the former report. The influence of additive was able to be examined only by geometrical aspect according to the characteristic of the rietveld method. Therefore, we considered the influence of additive from an energy aspect in this report and adopted the additive which improves the piezoelectricity of nonlead piezoelectric materials.
