Abstract
Air-operated robot has merits that is safety, light weight, high torque, robustness, and low cost comparing to electrical motor drive. However, each air-operated actuator requires own valve for introducing and releasing compressed air to control the actuators. We designed and fabricated integrated microvalve system for air-operated robot.
