Abstract

Generally, it is difficult to confirm there is no impurity in the package filled by a certain amount powder. Since we can′t break the seal of the package, an automatic system to inspect by a vision device to find impurities and a stir device to move powder is considered. In this study, a compact and reasonable stir device, which moves powder by vibrations that change according to the frequencies, is designed and tested.
