Abstract
Previously, I have developed a ′displacement magnification mechanism using the rolling of rollers for the piezoelectric actuator,′ but, I have developed a new displacement magnification mechanism more compact. I incorporated the piezo actuator of displacement 16μm into this prototype, and tried to displacement magnification of 10 times. The results of performance verification, I was confirmed maximum displacement of 157μm, and the generated force 25.6N. This displacement magnification mechanism was able to be compact than the conventional mechanism, and it was high-power and high magnification.
