Abstract
In recent years, due to demands for lighter, thinner, shorter and more multifunctional electronic devices, it is necessary for the inside printed circuit board to be drilled with high precision. To solve this problem, we propose a drilling machine tool equipped with a counter balance damping system driven by left and right ball screws to reduce vibration. The vibration measurement, the vibration mode analysis and the vibration model of this machine tool showed that the vibration characteristics are greatly affected by the displacement of the center of gravity of the spindle and counter part.
