changing in the young technicians' length sense

Abstract

According to the improvement of the processing technique, highly processed products are demanded and we have got the environment where we can easily do high procession as NC machine tools and CAD/CAM technique have developed. While on the other hand, it is necessary for the technicians to do ″Monozukuri″ with their experience and knowledge in order to use effectively their processing ability effectively. We will report how the present situation of the young technicians is changing, especially on their length sense to be needed for ″Monozukuri″
