In quality engineering, non-dynamic characteristics have been used for flow analysis simulation in an injection molding process. But in actual injection molding experimentation, dynamic characteristics are used. Therefore, there is a lack of contrast for both approaches. Recently, the WARP ANALYSIS, a simulation software, was developed to indicate the degree of deformation of an injection molded product by moving the points which compose "product model mesh". In this paper, dynamic characteristic analysis was applied to express the relationship between the input and the output distances. In flow analysis simulation for plastic injection molding, it is desirable to quantify dimensional accuracy or dimensional defects by a simple figure. The results of this study showed that the approach is useful to do so.
