It is said that the quality of softwares is directly resulted from human factors and environmental conditions during the development stage. In order to improve the quality and productivity of software's, it is important to clarify the relationship between human factors and the nature of errors. In this experimental study, the errors were categorized based on its seriousness to impact the software, The results were analyzed using the standard S/N ratio from quality engineering.
