Abstract
Molasses is commonly used as a basal medium to mass-produce the yeast for bread. However the odor and waste from the manufacturing process cause environmental problems as well as less supply of molasses from abroad and it is desirable to develop a synthetic medium to substitute to molasses. This study reports the parameter design of the development.
