Abstract
In order to save energy for copy machines and printers, a new fusing system was developed using a resistant heater that could be warmed up in a short period of time. Only one year was pent for development. The new fusing system was divided into sub-systems, i.e., power supply system,heating system, separating system and temperature measuring system. Parameter design was performed for each sub-system using four types of test pieces.
