Abstract
The main objectives of this paper to study configurations of quality control systems (QCS's) and to propose reorganization of the systems. The study is proceeded as follows.
1) To grasp QCS's as decision-making systems,
2) to construct their models in a set theoretic or algebraic representation,
3) to analyze an ideal structure of QCS's in terms of the models,
4) to propose several methods of organizing and managing QCS's,
5) to test the validity of the results in comparison with real QCS's. and Then, the discussion is directed to
1) the consitency of quality and of engineering in QCS's,
2) basic studies on modelling QCS's,
3) effectiveness of consistent quality-engineering tables, and
4) QCS's with learning capability to select best technologies through quality-engineering tables.
