Abstract
In the case of implementation of a successful SMBP(Strategic Management by Policy), the suitable organization must be introduced according to each policy. First, these firm's organization types are classified here. Furthermore, the organizational conditions to make SMBP successful are considered. The new organization concept is designed to satisfy the above conditions. Next, the organization strategy matrix for the effective acquisition of the core comPetence is created for optimum organization when implementing SMBP. Finally, the optimum organization type is proposed and verified through case study.
