Abstract
Our life has become secure, safe, and comfortable by the information and communication technology. A role of not only the hardware for the development but also the software is very big. However, the software and its quality haven’t been focused on so far. It causes low quality software and errors. One reason of them is the lack of the human resources to develop the high quality software. Although an education for them is performed in the university, a mismatch happens between the human resources which are expected by the company and the persons which are graduated from the university as to the information and communication technology skills. In this paper, I describe the IT human resources which are demanded, the body of knowledges of the software developments, and the changes of educations in the university. Finally, I discuss the method of the development of human resources of the software development fields in the future.
