Abstract
53 years ago, the 1964 Tokyo Olympics was held for the first time in Tokyo. Many foreigners who visited Japan were impressed by Japanese hospitality. 3 years later, in 2020, the Olympics Games will be held again in Tokyo. Now is the time that we should review human resource development which supported a miraculous recovery of the Japanese economy after the World War II.
The important points of human resource development are “The next processes are our customers”, “See it on site yourself, See the things themselves, and See the reality”, ”Full member participation”, and so on. We can learn these points from TQM.
