Abstract
 As an activity report of newly established research group in JSQC, this article demonstrates research and development workings conducted by authors to formulate new social infrastructures utilizing intelligent/autonomous technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI). Framework for the developments on two kinds of service robots are discussed in terms of co-creation. The aspect of co-creation to enhance customer values is reconsidered nowadays and required as a capability of service excellence. One scheme to perform competitive co-creation is exemplified by unique development of autonomous robots expected to become basic infrastructure of future convenience stores.Another scheme to perform collaborative co-creation is explained thorough original development of AI robots named adaptive AI-enabled robots designed to be total supporters for personal Well-being.Both development frameworks reveal importance of mutual understanding through co-creation and suggest how intelligent/autonomous technologies should be utilized to build up social basis.
