Remarkable growth of ICTs has altered our lifestyles to adapt to diverse styles.
On the other hand, since ICTs have gradually linked people globally with various things and have blended them together, it has created a practical use of autonomy and automation technologies.
As an activity report of the “Study Group on Quality Assurance for Social Transport Infrastructure,”this paper describes various demands of quality in relation to social infrastructures that utilize autonomy and automation technologies from a viewpoint of co-creation.
Specifically, the following three items are delineated.
1. The present situation and assignment of value creation utilizing ICT from a viewpoint of asymmetry of information
2. Social capital that are important for forming and maintaining communities
3. The function and role of autonomy and automation technology to create new social transport infrastructure.
