Abstract
Companies are facing a business environment that has a significant impact on their management strategies, such as the coronavirus pandemic and the war in Ukraine. The question is how it should be constructed and operated that a system to consistently provide products and services that satisfy customers under new strategies and plans. This paper describes how companies can apply the intentions of ISO 9001:2015 to their business operations. Proposals are made to improve the effectiveness of management system audits that contribute to improving the organizational capabilities of companies.
