Abstract
The purpose of this study is to clarify contradictions and the problems on the child care idea and management in "Temporary child care" with the view of the rights of early children and nursery teachers. The questionnaire investigation by mailing method was executed to the thirty day-care centers in the Sendai city. The interview survey was conducted the heads of day-care center and nursery teachers in charge of temporary child care in 20 places. The time-budged survey was conducted ten nursery teachers. As a result, as for the use of the temporary child care, there are a lot of one by specific and the unfixed form by starting work. Temporary children have the limitations of activity in participation of event and daily life. Nursery teachers feel difficulty in the different age care and communication with the guardian and they point out problem of the enhancement of training.
