Abstract

Evacuees by the Fukushima nuclear disaster is still a lot, and the loss of community and household separation due to the evacuation are seen as a problem. So in this study, we reveal that challenges in revitalization from the nuclear disaster for the maintenance and playback of the community. For this purpose, as the target District Community in the affected areas, to conduct grasp of background. In this study, we define District Community as Group of residents that share the building blocks of life, such as education, labor, and consumption, and the shared range is completed in administrative compartment. In the organizing background, we apply the system analysis, and I have set up three axes (Relation subject, Issue, Action time of relationship subject).
