In this report, we analyze the location of public wells in Ogusuku and Ogido district in Okinawa using the Voronoi diagram from the viewpoint of fairness and collecting information on the living environment before the water service was developed. According to five elderly residents in Ogusuku, the residents used wells differently. Agarinuka and Irinuka, namely the eastern well and the western well, were mainly used as drinking water, while others were used for washing clothes or bathing. As each well was used separately, residents did not always use the nearest one. It was revealed that public wells had contributed to the formation of community, as well.
