Community media is a media that provides community information to a specific area. This study focuses on community antenna television broadcasters and community frequency modulation broadcasters. We conducted questionnaire surveys and web surveys to find out the community partnerships in both types of broadcasters. As a result of analysis, the former broadcasters utilize big organizational scale of broadcasting stations to conduct wide varieties of community partnerships, and the latter broadcasters intensively conduct special community partnerships to develop their own identities in relation to their programs.
