Child poverty is becoming a serious problem in Japan. As poverty causes many problems because of economic difficulties, it is necessary to detect it early and intervene with cooperation from relevant organizations. The purpose of this study is to identify patterns within child poverty interventions conducted by local municipalities in Tokyo, focusing on collaboration between appropriate organizations. By this research, new or existing rules that allow for the sharing of personal information of child can encourage collaboration with local municipalities and relevant organizations. Additionally, the study revealed that it is important to build an organizational structure that is easy to collaborate among relevant authorities in the future and to incorporate information that can be understood commonly.
