Abstract

Japan has been facing the aging population society, and then, the number of vacant houses has increased in these days. Some housing policies have been carried out towards ones. On the other hand, considering how to prevent becoming vacant houses is also important. Intergenerational homesharing has been attracted attention as converting vacant rooms of elderly household to student's room. Therefore, this study forces on them. First, we clarify the conditions of housing which is easy to repair. Secondly, we investigate the requests of residents and students by hearing and questionnaire survey. Finally, we present the evaluation index suitable for intergenerational homesharing by outcomes of these surveys.
