This study intended to clear the space-design theory of Elementary school zones in Kyoto city.The conclusions are : 1.There is a considerable danger that low-class children of elementary school faced many traffic accident in the road. 2.Support Program of local Community was not effective for elementary school children. 3.Appearance of children's social act on the way in school zones confirmed same Situation and atmosphere.
