When transporting a liquid tank, it is necessary to suppress liquid surface vibration using transportation control systems. We have constructed liquid-surface damping control systems consisting of a double concentric cylindrical-capacitor type sensor and a liquid tank transported on a ball screw. We constructed novel stabilized systems using a multi-controller board by MATLAB simulink software. This report mainly presents a reform circuit to convert capacity to an electric signal. The reason for such a device is its higher accuracy necessary for a non-linear control law. We continue to seek a system that offers low noise and a clear input signal.
