Abstract
The main purpose of physical therapy for disorders of the foot is to reconstruct the function. We put an emphasis not only on strengthnening each muscle, but also on developing the maximum integrated foot function. We may say that the integrated foot function helps each muscle recover naturally, which consequently induces more effective development of the foot function at the earlier stage. We therefore perform physical therapy mainly consisting functional exercises with some load, paying a special attention to mutual relation between joints of the foot. We introduced here the acquisition method for median sense, taping, and Dyamic Shoe Insole.
