Abstract
We have elucidated from the anatomical and dynamical points of view that a rotator cuff plays a pivotal role in keeping the stabilizing mechanism of shoulder joint. By roentgenological, electromyographical, and clinical examinations, we further showed itimportant for shoulder joint injuries that the balance between the function of rotator cuff and the power dislocating humeral head from glenoid, which results from the activity of outer muscles for exhibiting power and speed. In addition, weexamined electromyographically typical exercises for rotator cuff in order to select more effective ones.
