Abstract

A relationship between the survival time and T cell subsets in the chronic phase of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) studied by the method using monoclonal antibodies.
No statistic difference between normal and CML was recognized in the rate of pan-T cell. The high T-Helper/Suppressor ratio (T_H/T_S) was revealed in the cases of the long survival time for more than six years.
