Abstract
Lymphosarcoma with hypercalcemia and bone involvement is very rare. A case of a 22 years old man with lymphosarcoma associated with hypercalcemia and osteolytic findings of bones by X-ray is presented. His initial symptomes were nausea and polyuria caused by hypercalcemia and thereafter generallized lymphadenopathies were noticed.
Almost all lymphadenopathies and hypercalcemia were disappeared by administration of Prednisolone, Endoxan and 6MP. However, patient did not respond to any treatments after the relapse.
The autopsy findings revealed the infiltrations of lymphosarcoma cells in bones and several organs, and the calcium depositions in kidney, lymphnodes, heart and stomach.
