Abstract
The influence of changeable doses of SK and α-CT, or of trans-4-amino methylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid (Transamin or trans-AMCHA) on the fibrinolytic activity was studied:
(1) In SK activated plasmin activity method, fibrinolytic activity was hardly observed without serum, but in α-CT method, it was found to have higher potency in those without serum than with it.
(2) In the experiments with transamin serum showed clear acceleration of fibrinolysis in SK-activated plasmin activity method, but the curves with and without sera were similar. On the contrary, in the use of α-CT serum did not show any accelerative influence on fibrinolytic activity and the curves with and without sera were similar, showing the shortest fibrinolytic times.
