Abstract
Basic studies were performed for a reliability of the Sahli type hemoglobinometer which was replaced with a trial produced colorimetric filter on the hemoglobin cyanide colorimetry.
A glass made standard colorimetric filter plate which is completely indicated as the same color and light degree was produced based on the standardized diluted hemoglobin cyanide solution. And 50 cases of hemoglobin were measured by the conventional Sahli type HCl hematin method and the cyanohemometer which was replaced with a new filter and alao were compared on the ratio of each spectrophotometry.
On the results of ratio distribution curve, in other words the reliability of the cyanohemometric data were revieled apparently better than the conventional Sahli type HCl hematin method in their error distribution pattern.
