Abstract

This study aims to study the introduction process and limitation for the adoption and dissemination of distribution information system initiated by producer organizations. The conclusions are as follows: the system development company integrates the widely used LINE platform with the system to lower implementation barriers and provides technical support. Producer organizations adopt the system based on suitable transaction practices, gaining approval when shared evaluations and expected benefits outweigh costs. This shared convenience among stakeholders helps expand usage. The system shows potential for reducing distribution costs and improving price negotiations. However, effective use of LINE, including sharing shipment plans and confirmations, is crucial. Collaboration with sales partners can be facilitated by mutually shared expectations of efficiency and favorable pricing. However, integration with the system of the higher-level organization is considered necessary for such collaboration.
