Issues in the Field of Hydrology and Water Resources and the Role of Remote Sensing

Abstract

After the experiences of disasters in the last few years, we are in the pandemics of COVID-19. The Japanese society came to an aspect of degeneracy. How should remote sensing be applied to hydrology and water resource science in this era? This paper describes the ideal way of remote sensing with a view to post corona society, while it describes based on the background of the change of society.
