Abstract

A case of inforior celosomla, born from a 31 years old multlpara, is reported in this paper. This woman was doing well in her pregnant course, although she was on drugs for threatened premature delivery in her eighth month gestation. Otherwise, no significant facors causign malformation was observed. The baby weight was 1, 945g and the Apgar's score was 9. The lower part of umbilical cord was swelled, showing exomphalos. The defect of pubic bone and abdominal wall in the region of nable to pubic bone was observed. Instead of these tissues, a cystic tissue mass, 8×10×6cm, was found. The cystic mass was covered with mucous membrane of cecum in the middle part and of urinary bladder in the bilateral regions, presenting the vesico-intestinal fissure. Morphologically, both ureters and small intestine opened on this cystic tissue mass. The duodenum was located intraperitoneally and the cecum was found as trace. Sigmoid colon and rectum were absent with ankyloproctiae. No external genital organ, testis or ovary was noted. Complication of oligodactylia was also observed.
